Top 15 Girls

1.     Hannah Long, Eureka -. After an impressive 2 mile at Fleet Feet to open the season, Long regains her spot as #1 in the state after her big win at Forest Park.

2.     Taylor Werner, Ste. Genevieve - We have said our top two could be 1 and 1A as these two young ladies have traded places a few times over the years.  They are something special to watch

3.     Mia Jerman, Ste Genevieve –   Mia was all smiles as she crossed the line on Saturday as she should be. third in that field is mighty impressive.

4.     Sophia Racette, Nenrix Hall -  Another name who has appeared in these rankings for the last 4 years, Sophia is off to a great start in 2014

5.    Grace Klausen, Blue Springs South –  Vaulting up 10 spots from #15 in pre-season, Grace has been on fire this season, her 4K from Greg Wilson still sits at #3 in the nation.

6.    Chelsea Drum, Jackson  -  Chelsea has been amazing this season with a 2nd in Memphis, 1st in Jackson and 5th at Forest Park.

7.     Ann Campbell, St. Teresa’s Academy - Just 1/10 of a second behind #6 Drum at Forest Park.

8      Anna West, Lafayette Wildwood –  Up from #12 in pre-season, West and teammate Nicholson are a big reason the Lancers are the #1 team right now.

9.     Maddi Leigh, Francis Howell – Down one spot from #8, Maddi was 8th at Forest Park.

10    Sarah Nicholson, Lafayette Wildwood -Also  down just 1 spot from her pre-season #9

11.   Kayla Funkenbusch, Rock Bridge –  10th at Forest Park after winning at Liberty and finishing 3rd in Memphis just 2 seconds behind #6 Drum

12.   Hannah Pierson, Marquette –3rd at Fleet Feet to open the season behind Long and Racette, Hannah was 11th at Forest Park

13.   Emma Evans, Winnetonka –Moves ahead of teammate Sabrina Monsees after her nice run at the festival.

14.   Olivia Franklin, Kearney - 1st at home and 2nd in Liberty to open the season

15.   Melissa Menghini, Rockwood Summit. - These last names that we have seen before!  Melissa grabs the last spot after win at Webster Groves and her 14th place showing at Forest Park.
