TEAM RANKINGS
Girls
1. Lafayette (Wildwood) – Winners of the Parkway West Invitational by 40 over #4 Rock Bridge.
2. Nerinx Hall – These girls continued their tour of the Midwest with a 70 point margin of victory in Louisville.
3. Eureka – Don’t let the 6th place finish at Parkway West fool you – both Hannah Long and Grace Satterwaite were not with the team this week.
4. Rock Bridge - We noticed Rebecca Rubenstein did not race at Parkway West after a tough race in Minnesota. This is still a deep team and finished 2nd our # 1 team this past weekend.
5. Blue Springs South – Chile Pepper is historically a fast course but when every member of your team runs a PR and you defeat last week’s #5 team, well you find yourself in our Top 10.
6. Jackson – Second to Blue Springs South in Arkansas.
7 Ray-Pec 2nd at KC Metro is a really big deal when you consider what a powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas is this year.
8. Festus- It seems every week these girls are in a very close race and they have all responded. 4th place finish this weekend at Chile Pepper thanks the their #6 runner breaking the tie with Kearney.
9. Kearney – Behind Ray-Pec at Rim Rock and just a tie-breaker behind Festus in Arkansas.
10. West Plains 11th at Chile Pepper BUT without Haley Baca who was their top runner at Hancock. We still think Kearney would have stayed ahead of them with Haley and thus they slide to our last spot.
