Top 100 Boys and Girls Returners - Class 5 400m

Lee's Summit North's Todd Pinkowski had a huge breakthrough in his first season of competition, winning KC Gold Conference, C5 District 7, C5 Sectional 4, and then the state championship in Class 5. He returns as the tops in the 400, but has stiff competition from two sophomores.
