The Festus McCullough-Douglas Invitational kicked off Friday, March 25 with a few distance events before competition kicked into full speed on Saturday. The sun was shining with temperatures around 50-degrees, but the wind was blowing. With gusts estimated near 40-mph, it left this attendee with windburn and chapped lips. Which makes the performances from Saturday all that more impressive.
