Some home course advantage was big in the Class 2 District 4 meet held on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Platte Ridge Park in Platte City.
Charlie Kinslow from West Platte won on the course that he run on three previous times this fall. He picked up a close win over Stover's Blaine Brodersen. The two should be in line for all-state contention at the state meet.
Smithton's Riley Bryan dominated the girls race, winning by more than a minute.
