The freshman ran 20:25.56 to take second place at the Brian T. Simpson Invitational on Saturday, breaking the school's record and helping the Lady Panthers take first place.

The senior picked up her third win of the season for the Stars after running 18:51.90 at the Kearney Invitational on Saturday at Jesse James Park.
Katherine Schaefer, Joplin
The Lady Eagles senior posted her best time of the year by running 19:02.36 to pick up first place at the East Newton Invitational on Saturday. It was her first win of the year and her fourth top-10 finish.
Mary McKenzie, Cor Jesu Academy
At the Girls Independent School League Conference meet on Oct. 5, the sophomore picked up her third win of the season and ran 19:11.90 to win the race at St. Vincent Park in St. Louis.
