Heavy rain did a number on javelin fields across the state and cancelled meets from east to west last week, but we still have data now from two+ weeks of 2025 track and field. So let's take a look at who has made the biggest jump from 2024 already. Units are listed here in English as opposed to Metric.
Warsaw's Josh Harvath has added the most distance to his javelin best so far this year, going from 32-11.25 to 99-7, a whopping 66-7.75 difference.
Possibly the biggest surprise so far has been
Fort Osage's Isaac Woodward who has improved by over 31 feet and ascended to the top of the national rankings very early on in the season.
