Shout out to last week's winner, Cardinal Ritter's Naila Kerr! Kerr turned in a MO No. 3 overall mark in the 300 meter hurdles at the Arcadia Invitational: 43.97. She also posted her third straight 100 meter hurdles mark under her 2024 season best, running 14.25 (+1.0). She will move on to the end-of-season Athlete of the Year poll.

Jasmine Ross - Blue Springs South
The senior captured two top-three finishes at the Kansas Relays. The UCF commit and state meet record holder and defending Class 5 long jump champion leaped to a 2nd place in the event with a 5.79m/19-0 (2.5 m/s wind) mark. In the 100-meter dash, Ross ran 11.96 and 11.97 in the prelims and finals to finish 3rd.

Chloe Tabb - Marquette
After her family moved Tabb transferred to Marquette this year from Lafayette where she placed 5th in the Class 5 triple jump as a sophomore in 2024. Thursday at Parkway Central's Henle Holmes Invitational, Tabb leaped into the record books. The junior flew past her personal record by nearly 2 feet and cleared the 40-barrier not once, but twice. After a 4th round 12.31m/40-4.75'' mark, Tabb improved to 12.40m/40-8.25 to earn her the meet record and put her 6th on the MileSplit state all-time all-conditions performance list and tie her for 19th on the MileSplit US performance season list.

McKenna Lay - Pacific
The junior earned two victories in Chesterfield at the Parkway Central Henle Holmes Invitational on Thursday, then added a Kansas Relays title a day later in Lawrence. Lay launched the spear 45.46m/149-02'' for a personal best, meet record, and earned 2025 MO #1, US #9 performance list spots as well as Missouri All-time spot #16. Lay also claimed the Kansas Relays javelin title about 16 hours later in Lawrence with a 43.75m/143-06'' while competing in the shot put at the same time (22nd, 10.45m). Lay won the Henle Holmes shot put with a 12.37m/40-7.75'' while she already sits 4th on the state list with a previous 12.65m/41-6''.

Aryn Lanier-Collier - Winnetonka
Lanier-Collier transferred to Winnetonka after earning 3 Class 3 silver medals at state last year for Kipp Legacy. The senior got two top-3 finishes at the Kansas Relays. In the 100 hurdles, Lanier-Collier ran 14.29 and 14.32 to place 3rd in the finals, with her prelim mark and PR putting her 4th on the season Missouri performance list. In the 300 hurdles, Lanier-Collier ran 43.16 to place 2nd and move to 2nd on the season list.

Amelia Ward - Francis Howell
The junior earned four victories and three personal records in Jefferson City at the Licklider Relays on Friday. Ward won the triple jump with an 11.86m/38-11 leap to put her 5th on the state performance list. She followed with a win in the 100 hurdles in a state #16 time of 15.38 seconds. Ward then helped her teammates earn gold medals with a blazing 4x100 anchor leg to give the Vikings a come-from-behind victory in 49.32 seconds, the 11th-best mark in the state. Ward capped her day with a 4th gold in the 300 hurdles in 44.78 to put her 6th in the state.
