Shout out to last week's winner: Adam Ashworth of St. Francis Borgia! Being a Class 3 pole vaulter is hard right now, and even harder in Class 3 Sectional 2. But Ashworth had a standout performance at the Class 3 District 3 meet, clearing a personal best of 4.73m (15-6.25). Sectional 2 will feature five boys over 4.3 meters and five of the top six vaulters in all of Class 3 (one of the six finished fifth in District 4). He will move on to next week's Performer of the Year poll!
