Week 6 Winner: Kaebrynn Gunter - West Plains

This Week's Nominees:

Caroline Bowen, St. Teresa's Academy (Missouri): A field of 140 runners at the Kearney Invitational couldn't keep pace as the junior covered 5K in 19:02.40, pulling away by 50.7 seconds for the win. The time stands at No. 18 of 3,247 athletes in MileSplit's database at Jesse James Park since 2007, and No. 4 among juniors on that same list.

Rose Nicholls, Northwest (Cedar Hill) High School (Missouri): The senior covered the Orchard Farm Invitational 5K in 19:00.98, taking the win by 55.7 seconds over a field of 89. That mark ranks No. 4 of 1,175 athletes in MileSplit's database at Orchard Farm High School since 2010 and No. 2 among seniors there, and it's 99.9 seconds faster than her prior mark on this course.

Shelby Robinson, Union High School (Missouri): Winning a 77-runner field at the Hermann Invitational is one thing; doing it by 73.0 seconds is another. The junior crossed in 20:14.00 for the 5K, a time that ranks No. 7 of 232 athletes in MileSplit's database at Loutre Shore Country Club since 2021 and stands as the fastest junior clocking there in that span. It also marks personal progress on the course, 8.2 seconds faster than her previous visit at 20:22.22.

Amery Keating, Raymore-Peculiar High School (Missouri): Among 67 finishers at the Butler Bear XC Invitational, the freshman broke away to win the 5K in 20:00.20, a 36.1-second margin. That performance ranks No. 3 of 285 athletes in MileSplit's database at Butler HS Track since 2019, and No. 3 among freshmen on the same list.

Jacqueline Stidham, Harrisburg High School (Missouri): A tight finish at the Brian T. Simpson Invite still left room for separation, as the sophomore crossed first in a 5K time of 20:13.40, 7.6 seconds ahead of the next finisher among 149 entrants. The time sits at No. 826 of 7,370 athletes in MileSplit's database at Gans Creek Cross Country Course since 2019, No. 348 among sophomores, and 12.6 seconds faster than her prior mark on this course.
