Date: April 12, 2016
Time: 2:30 , Coaches meeting in High School Cafeteria, 3:00 field events, 3:00 running events.
Awards: Individual medals for top three finishers in each event and plaques for 1st place team in boys and girls divisions.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Surface: 8 lane rubberized track and runways. No tape on track or runways. No spikes longer than 3/16.
Seeding: Heats/Flights will be seeded by time and distances entered.
Meet Entry: Online entry at momilesplit. Entries are due on April 12, 2016, at 9:00 am. After this time there will be scratches only, NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Each school may enter 3 athletes in an individual event and 1 relay teams.
Implements: Shot Put and Discus implements will be pooled and can be retrieved when the event is concluded.
Starting Heights: Will be determined at coaches meeting.
Entry Fee: $125 girls, $125 boys, $250 for both.
