Ritenour Lady Huskies Freshmen & Sophomore Invite

Entry: This will be a GIRLS Only Meet
Entries: Coaches may edit rosters and entries until 11:00 p.m. April 24th
Fees: $125 per team
Entry Limits: Unlimited entries in all running events except relays. 1 team entry per relay. (100, 100H, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m)
3 PER GRADE in field events (Discus, SP, LJ, TJ, HJ, PV) 3 jumps/throws no finals. Opening Height for pole vault and high jump will be determined at coaches meeting. NO JAVELIN WILL BE CONTESTED AT THIS MEET
The meet will be FAT timed.

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
This meet will be set up so that athletes will be competing against their grade level. Freshmen vs. Freshmen, Sophomore vs. Sophomore
Coaches Meeting at 3:30pm
Running and Field events Start at 4:00 pm and the rest of the events are on a rolling schedule.
Awards: Individual/Relay Medals 1st through 3rd place.
Working Assignments: Please send your top 2 working assignment choices to rtmcneil33@yahoo.com.
Choices include: high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, shot put, discus and exchange zones for relays.
Hospitality: Coaches Receive Lunch ticket for concession stand.
Infield: There is to be no food or drink of any kind on the infield.
Surface: 6 lane, rubberized track.

Each running event will start with Sophomore, then Freshmen.

100m Hurdles (Power Seeded by Grade)
100m Dash (Power Seeded by Grade)
1600m Run (Sixteen Athletes Per Heat Power Seeded by Grade)
4x100m Relays
400m Dash (Power Seeded by Grade)
800m Run (Sixteen Athletes Per Heat Power Seeded by Grade)
200m Dash (Power Seeded by Grade)
4x400m Relays
Field Events
Discus- starting with Sophomore, Freshmen.
Shot Put- starting with Freshmen, Sophomore.
Triple Jump- all jumps will be cafeteria style.
Long Jump- all jumps will be cafeteria style.
High Jump- starting with Freshmen, Sophomore.
Pole Vault - all athletes will contest at the same time.
