Scoring: The meet will be scored.

Awards: None. There will be no awards ceremony but results will be available the conclusion of

the meet.

Meet Admin: Brandon Daniels is in charge of timing and utilize chip timing. Coaches, please collect

and return the chips exactly as they were issued to Brandon.

Uniforms: Runners DO NOT need to be in the same exact uniforms since there is only one race per

gender.

8:00 AM Varsity Girls (Max 10 entries)

8:25 AM Varsity Boys (Max 10 entries)

8:45 AM JV Girls Waves (LN @ 8:45, LSW @ 8:48, LSN @ 8:51 & STA @ 8:54)

9:30 AM JV Boys Waves (LN @ 9:30, LSW @ 9:33, LSN @ 9:36 & ROCK @ 9:39)

TEAM CAMPS

Team camps can be set up inside the fence where teams are dropped off.

Camps need to be spaced apart from other teams by a significant amount

and will be directed upon arrival. Please note that we encourage teams to

just bring tarps to place on the ground and keep their areas open unless

there is rain in the area.

SPECTATORS

Spectators are NOT ALLOWED to attend our meet this year due to

restrictions from Jackson County and the Lees Summit R-7 School

District. Please relay this information to your parents.

MASKS/FACE COVERINGS

Coaches & Officials must wear face coverings at all times. Athletes will be

required to wear face coverings at all times (unless currently running) once

they enter the fence where the races are run. Gaiter type masks are

recommended.

FINISH AREA & COACHES

Coaches need to be at the finish area to help clear out athletes and also

help remind them to get face coverings back on as soon as they are able

to breath and it is deemed safe for them. Please help move athletes away

from the finish area the best you can.
