St. Dominic Crusader Invitational



April 9, 2021

Registration

         Please register your entries online at milesplit for the St. Dominic Invitational

         2 individuals and 1 relay per team for each event.

         Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at 7:00 PM

         Coaches may edit their entries until Friday, April 9th, 2021 at 9:00 AM

         Scratches will be handled at the Scratch Meeting, details below.

         The Entry Fee for the Invitational is $250 per school. An invoice is attached.

 Timing

         There will be a scratch /coaches meeting on the Northeast corner of the track by the Locker Rooms at 3 pm.

         Field Events will begin at 3:30pm. Running Events will begin at 4pm

         Timing will be done by trxc timing

 Scoring

         10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

         LJ, TJ, Shot, Disc, Javelin- 4 attempts, no finals

         opening heights determined at scratch meeting

 Awards

         Individual Medals will be for the top 6 finishers in each event & Team Awards for the top Boys and Girls             Team. All Medals and Team Awards will be available in the Press Box at the conclusion of the Invitational.

 Coaches

         Hospitality Room will be available

         We will need help with some field events, If you have a preference on a work assignment, please email Adam            Kuebler at akuebler@stdominichs.org

 

Admission

         This Invitational does have an Admission Fee.The cost will be $5/adult & $3/student.Fans Under 6 and Over         62 will receive Free Admission.

 Team Camps

         Because of the volume of teams that participate in the St. Dominic Invitational, we are asking Teams to set up         their tents on the small baseball field

          Please do not establish a team area in the stands, near the pavilion, or in the courtyard.The Bleachers,             Pavilion, and Courtyard are intended for spectators, and not team tents or camps.

 Surfaces

         Surfaces require 1/4 inch spikes or less.

 Bus Drop Off & Parking

         Please ask your busses to park and drop off your team on the parking lot by the Gymnasium. Elaine Dr., the         street that our stadium is located on.If you park on the Gym parking lot, your team can walk along the outside         of the fence to the baseball field directly into the stadium. No busses are allowed to park on the Stadium         Parking Lot.

*Cafeteria Style, 90 minute time limit
