Meet Information
2 entries per gender per event. Athletes ineligible for varsity competition may not participate. Each school will be responsible for running off TWO field events: ONE PER GENDER.
Gloves, measuring tapes, rakes, sani stations provided at venues. ALL will be masked UNLESS actively warming up OR competing. This meet will be the REGULAR ORDER OF EVENTS, with the time schedule included in the email. Special Covid protocols will be emailed with updates. Field events will be run in pods of FOUR (two per school) in a "cafeteria" style for that pod. Prelim warmup areas for field events designated. Warmup times for field events on runway and pads designated in email.
Spectators not permitted EXCEPT those masked parents who are DRIVING athletes to and from the meet. Those names will be provided by COACH of team and presented to admissions gate-keeper for temperature/Covid screening upon arrival. Masked drivers will sit socially distanced in SOUTH BLEACHERS. Coaches will present screening list of ATHLETES and COACHES upon arrival. NO TENTS permitted.
Camps will be on NORTH side of "bowl" with teams 30 feet apart, athletes masked while in camp, stretching and waiting.
EACH SCHOOL will be assigned rectangle on football field to warm up in, with "general" oval around rectangles providing jogging area. Athletes will wait at END of rectangles closest to starting line for a race before being called by Clerks to receive hip numbers.
