Entry Fee: $150.00 per school *Please bring/mail a check or PO before or the day of the meet. **Our Central Office would prefer a check ahead of time if possible.
****NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! SCRATCHES WILL BE THE ONLY THING ALLOWED UP TO THE START OF THE MEET>
Spikes: 1/4 Spikes only
Coaches Meeting: 3:30 PM Meeting area TBD!
Hospitality: Due to Covid, we will hand out Food tickets at the coaches meeting for all coaches and drivers for items at the concession stand.
National Anthem: 3:50 PM
Field Events: 4:00 PM (3 throws or jumps)
*WE WILL RUN A 4x800 RELAY FOR THIS MS MEET.
*WE WILL NOT HAVE JAVELIN!
Running Events: 4:30 PM (All running events are finals) *Girls precede boys!
*Races will be automatically timed with the Eagle Eye Timing System.
Scoring: We will score 1rst through 6th place on a 10 point system: 10 8 6 4 2 1
ENTRIES: Entries will be made on Mo-Milesplit. Deadline TBD! *Heats will be created through TRXC this year and not in the bull pen.
Entry Limit: 4 events per individual, 2 athletes per school per event, & 1 relay team per school

Awards: Medals will be awarded for the top 3 finishers in each event.
-Team plaques will be presented to the 1rst and 2nd place boys and girls teams.
-In cases of ties, the points shall be divided and the contestants will flip for the medal.
Track Facilities: No tape will be allowed on the track or runways! *PLEASE USE TENNIS BALLS OR CHALK FOR YOUR MARKS! We will have bleachers at our throwing areas for spectators.
Dressing Facilities: There will be no facility designated to dress.
Spectators: Spectators will park in the stadium parking lot on the west side of Royce Stadium. Spectators will enter from HWY 37 entrance.
Bus: Busses will drop of your team at the West gate entrance of the stadium. Busses are expected to park in the HS parking lot on the east side of the HS.
Trash: Please remind your teams to clean up after the meet and put trash in the proper disposal area.
FB FIELD: ONLY WATER IS ALLOWED ON THE TURF! NO FOOD OR GATORADE WHATSOEVER WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TURF/TRACK AS WELL! *PLEASE INFORM YOUR TEAM OF THESE REQUESTS.
Tents: Tents may be set up behind the metal grandstand or on the wood bleachers on the east side of the track. If the area is dry, teams may also set up outside the track fence on the south side of the stadium. *No tents in the metal grandstand!
Concessions: A concession stand will be available at the meet.
Results: Results will be posted to TRXC and Momilesplit later in the evening or the following day.
