Entries: Entries are due by Thursday, April 29th at 5 pm - mo.milesplit
Scratches/
Changes: Final Scratches/Changes are due by Friday, April 26 at 9:00 am - mo.milesplit
Medals: Awarded to top 3 finishers in each division & top 3 finishers overall.
Plaques: Top team in each division/gender. Top two overall by gender.
Awards: Track Performer, Field Performer and Overall Performer
Officials: Two Starters, one field event judge/starter
Cost: Prorated following the meet. The number of JV teams will more closely determine the price.
Time Schedule: A schedule is attached.
JV Division: There will be a JV division. You may only enter athletes in to the JV division if you have filled
your quota in your varsity division, times and distances are below your varsity division
entrants and those athletes are in the 9-11 grades. Any entrance into the JV division will
trigger another fee for that school.

North: Cape Central, Jackson, Poplar Bluff, Sikeston, Notre Dame
South: Caruthersville, Dexter, Kennett, New Madrid, Saxony Lutheran
East: Charleston, East Prairie, Kelly, Malden, Woodland
West: Bell City, Chaffee, Delta, Hayti, Oran, Scott City, Scott Central
Field Events Trials: All Throws will be 3 throws - top 9 to finals for 3 additional throws 2 and 1 in Prelims
and 1-1-1 in finals.
Horizontal Jumps will be Cafeteria style - 3 jumps - top 9 to finals for 3 additional jumps.
Vertical Jumps will be 5 alive.
Field Event Workers: Morning session field event workers meet in front of the press box at 8:45 am for instructions.
Afternoon session field event workers meet in front of the press box at 11:45 am for instructions.
Team Drop Off: See Map. Please drop as quickly as possible.
Bus Parking: Busses will park in the gravel parking lot to the west of the school.
Concessions: See Map.
Bathrooms: See Map. Please instruct your athletes to take off their spikes when entering the building.
Tent City: See Map. It will be located between the Track Fence and the Baseball Fence. Please set up your
tents as close to the fences on either side so as to allow a path down the
middle.
Team Warmups: See Map. You may warm up as a team in this area outside of the fence. Do not take your team to
the track infield for warmups.
Infield: The track infield will be off limits to all spectators. Coaches only in this area and we would like to
keep the area near the awards stand as clear as possible. Jumpers can warm up there
individually but please keep them as close to their event area as possible. This is not a place for
teams to congregate. Please inform your athletes of this. They will be asked to leave the area if
they are not competing.
Trainer: See Map. There will be a trainer(s) on site.
Entrance: See Map. The entrance will be split for spectators and participants. We will have someone
supervising this area. Coaches and participants in uniform only will be allowed through the
participant entrance.
Discus/Shot
Entrance: See Map. There is a separate entrance/exit near the shot and discus area. Same rules apply to
that entrance as do the main entrance.
Discus Warmup: See Map. There will be a discus warmup area for the next flight up on top of the hill behind the
the baseball field. Please keep this area clear of other athletes.
Field Event
Spectators: Spectators for the High Jump, Pole Vault, Triple Jump, Long Jump and Discus are welcome to
watch from outside the fence closest to those areas. I am not going to put those on the map as it
is cluttered enough as it is. Shot put and Pole Vault will have plenty of space to watch from near
their respective locations.
Hospitality: Workers and coaches will receive a punch card for a prepared lunch, 3 waters and 2 snacks.
