Bakersfield Pride Park XC
Invitational
Wednesday, October 6th,
2021. Starts at 3:00PM
There will only be three races this year. MS RACES FOR GIRLS AND BOYS WILL BE COMBINED THOUGH SCORED SEPERATELY.
o Coaches meeting will be at 3:00PM
o MS Race will begin at 3:15PM
o Varsity Girls Race will begin at 3:35PM
o Varsity Boys Race will begin at 4:10PM
o Medals will be handed out as the athletes finish their race and the 1st place team plaques will be awarded at the conclusion of the Varsity Boys Race.
Pricing:
o $40 per team
o If there is not a team, then $10 per individual.
The Course:
o The Varsity 5K course is made up of grass, and pavement. The course overall is flat with very few spots with shade. This course should be fast.
o The middle school course is just three laps around the park itself with a finish toward the concession stand
where the finish line is.
-Have the runners come dressed and ready to run as bathroom space will be limited.
-Make sure to bring your own water as water available will be limited.
