Meet Information
GATE - Please remind parents that MSHSAA mandates a gate be taken. Entry is $5 a person ages 6 and up. We will be collecting this right from the cars as they drive in. We will get them entered and double stack the entry heading in to make this process as quick as possible. Parking will be on the left hand side right after the gate is collected along the golf course. The parking area is quite large

Directions: Enter the course at the main entrance of the Bolivar Community Center not the golf course entrance. From South - Take North Hwy 13 to Main Bolivar Exit. Exit on Hwy 32 heading East (right turn). The Community Center will be on your right. Just after Meeks.>> From North - Take South Hwy 13 to Main Bolivar Exit. Exit on Hwy 32 heading East (left turn). The Community Center will be on your right. Just after Meeks.>> Entering Bolivar on 32 from the East - Follow HWY 32 West all the way through town square. The Community Center is roughly a half mile from the square on your left. Just after the Municipal Golf Course and the Library.>>> Do not enter the Golf Course main entrance. The meet is in the back of the course and Community Center. Course: Course is grass with several cart path crossings. Course is mostly flat and course maps will be made available closer to race day.
The course will be open from 7:30 am until race time.
Bus Parking: As you enter the venue we will be parking buses / vans at the very back, west side. This will actually be pretty close to the racing and team camps. If we have a rain event we will still drop off here but may move the busses across hwy 32 to the dollar general and gas station parking lot.
Parking: All spectators will park along the course south of the Bolivar Community Center in the grass parking spots. Please enter at the main entrance of the Community Center off Hwy. 32 and head to the back of the complex.
Greens/Tees: Please be respectful of the golf course and keep athletes and spectators off all greens and tee boxes. Coaches if you could please help the day of with this we would greatly appreciate the assistance.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 30 individuals of each classification. And top 2 teams. 4 teams will qualify to state.
