Bulldog Invitational

Coaches,
Welcome to the Carl Junction Bulldog Invitational. We are glad that your athletes are here and ready to compete. Hopefully today will be a productive day for each and every one of you!
Coaches meeting will be in the hospitality room at 3:45 P.M.
Starting time for field events will be 4 P.M. with running events beginning at 4:30 P.M.
Entry fee is $100 per boys team, $100 per girls team or $200 per school.
There will be one division for the boys and one division for the girls.
Entries will be done through MoMileSplit.com.
Entries will close on April 21 at 9 A.M. Each team will be allowed 5 entries and 1 relay per event. Pole Vault will be limited to 4 individual entries per school.
Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-3-2-1. Providing there are seven or more teams.
Long jump will be held on the north end of the football field and triple jump will be held at the south end.
Shot and discus rings are outside and to the west of the stadium.
Javelin runway is west of the south parking lot or west of the shot and discus rings.
We have marker boards for most events, so we ask all coaches to remind parents that they are to remain behind the chain link fences and not be on the field.
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
First and Second Place Plaques for Boys and Girls Divisions.
All entrants need to report at the proper time for their events.
ABSOLUTELY NO TAPE permitted on track or runways. Chalk or tennis ball markers only.
1/4 inch pyramid spikes must be used for our track.
Please police up your area for trash, we wont trash your place, so please dont trash ours!
Rainout date will be determined at a later time.
Order of Events: At 4 P.M. the following events will take place:
Boys will Long Jump, Pole Vault, and throw the Discus.
Girls will High Jump, Triple Jump, and throw the Shot.
Cafeteria style: 4 throws/jumps No Finals-best jump or throw
We will then flip the events once they are completed by the athletes.
Javelin will be placed on a 1 hour time limit, so individuals throwing the javelin will need to be aware of this.
Running Events begin at 4:30 P.M.

100/110 Meter Hurdles
100 Meter Dash
4x200 Relay
1600 Meter Run
4x100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
300 Meter Low/Intermediate Hurdles
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
3200 Meter Run
Co-Ed Weighted Relay-Must have two girl throwers on relay team
No points for weighted relay, medals will be given
4x400 Meter Relay
