Location: Tiger Stadium directly next to Willard Middle School (205 Miller Rd., Willard, MO 65781)
Times:
3:45 PM - Coaches Meeting
4:00 PM - Field Events Start
4:30 PM - Track Events Start
Costs:
$80 boys, $80 girls, or $160 for both.
Purchase orders and checks should be made out to Willard High School and sent to Amanda McGee in the Athletic Office at 515 E. Jackson, Willard, Missouri 65781.
Entries:
Teams may enter 3 individuals per event, 1 relay team, and we will have Javelin.
Entries are due by Saturday, March 19th at 5:00 p.m. (CST) at MoMileSplit
Coaches can manage their entries (scratches only) until Tuesday, March 22rd at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at MoMileSplit

Timing: FAT timing handled by Ozark Racing Systems
Bus Parking: Please have your buses drop your athletes off at the west gate and then park in the west lot. The west lot is directly across the street from the Middle School.
Hospitality: Meal tickets will be provided for coaches, administrators, and bus drivers.
Concessions: Concessions will be sold in the concession stands on the home side of the stadium.
Equipment: 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only, no needles.
Field Events:
Finals: We will not have finals for any field events.
Attempts: 4 attempts will be given in shot put, discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump.
Jumps: Jumps will be cafeteria style.
Starting Heights and Height Progressions:
High Jump:
Girls: 1.20 m (311) starting height and progress in 5 cm (2) increments.
Boys: 1.50 m (411) starting height and progress in 5 cm (2) increments.
Pole Vault:
Girls: 1.80 m (511) starting height and progress in 15 cm (6) increments.
Boys: 2.45 m (8) starting height and progress in 15 cm (6) increments.
Officials: TBD
Teams Attending: Willard and TBD
Games Committee: All head coaches
Bullpen: We will bullpen athletes in the north bleachers and then send them to the starting line.
Exchanges (flags will be at the timing stand):

Results:
Results will be available online at https://mo.milesplit.com/ as soon as possible after the conclusion of the meet.
Scoring: As long as at least 7 teams are in attendance we will follow the suggested scoring model of: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the top three athletes per event.
Plaques will be awarded to the boys and girls team champions.
Awards will be available for pick-up in the press box.
