NIXA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TRACK INVITATIONAL APRIL 25, 2022
This event will be run at NIXA HIGH SCHOOL (514 S. NICHOLAS ROAD)
Teams Invited: Ozark, Republic, Branson, Nixa, Willard, Cherokee
Coaches Meeting: 3:30
Field Events: 4:00
Running Events: 5:00
1. A limit of 3 individual entries per event and one relay team. Athletes can enter no more than 3 running events.
2. No spikes longer than 1/8 of an inch. If your athletes show up to their events with spikes longer than , they will be sent to change them. If they are found to have competed with longer spikes, they will be disqualified.
3. Field events will be run in a 5 Active (HJ), flighted for Shot and Disc, or cafeteria format. Each athlete will have 3 jumps or throws.
4. Pole vault will be limited to two entries per school and will start at 1.83m for girls and 1.98m for boys, with progress at 15cm intervals. Standards can be set 40cm to 80cm
5. High jump will be limited to two entries per school and will start at 1.22m (4') girls and 1.37m (4'6") for boys.
6. Medals are awarded to the first three places, and plaques are awarded to the first team in each division.
7. The track is a 8 lane all-weather track. There is to be no marking on the track surface.
8. Heats and Flights will be seeded by times and distances entered on MoMile
9. Athlete information needs to be entered on MoMile by 11am on 4/25/22.
10. Ozarks Racing system will be used for timing.
11. Athletes must stay in the stands unless they are warming up or competing. NO spikes on the bleachers.
12. The meet will be held at NIXA HIGH SCHOOL (514 S. NICHOLAS ROAD). NO BUSES ARRIVE before 3:05.
13. Exchange zones judges: 4x100 - Carthage, Cherokee, Branson; 4x200 - Cherokee, Ozark
14. Appeals Committee: Nixa, Willard, Republic, and Branson

Discus: 7/8 Boys,7/8 Girls
Shot Put: 7/8 Girls, 7/8 Boys
Long Jump: 7/8 Boys, 7/8 Girls
Triple Jump: 7/8 Girls, 7/8th
High Jump: 7/8 Boys, 7/8 Girls
