Entries: You will be allowed 3 entries per individual event, 2 entries for each relay

Seeding: Heats/Flights will be seeded by times and distances coaches enter.
Changes/Scratches: Coaches can manage their entries until March 17th @ 11:00 p.m.
You can scratch athletes at coaches' meeting.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: Medals-Top 4 in each event Trophies- 1st place team Girls and Boys
Other Info: Concession Stand and Restrooms available

Starting Heights will be set at the Coaches Meeting
**OPEN MILE @ 2:30** - Girls and boys will run together. Only athletes not entered into the regular meet. Time your
own athlete. This is not a scored event. There will be awards handed out at the finish line.
Field events start @ 2:30 p.m.
Girls Discus followed by Boys (4 throws)
Boys Shot Put followed by Girls (4 throws)
Boys and Girls Triple Jump 2:30-4:30pm (4 jumps)
Boys and Girls Long Jump 4:30-6:30pm (4 jumps)
Girls High Jump followed by Boys
Boys Pole Vault followed by Girls
JAVELIN will be cafeteria style and run simultaneously with shot and discus
