Meet Information
Field events start at 9:45 A.M. Running events start at 10:00 A.M.
Field event participants should check in at the event site 15 minutes prior to the event starting time.
Horizontal jumps and throws will be run cafeteria style for 1 hour for each gender. (3 jumps/throws for each athlete)
Pole Vault and High Jump will proceed by heights; please emphasize to your athletes that they need to check out (second call check out is suggested) and return within 15 minutes. If they do not, they risk being passed on a bar and coming back in on the next height.
No coaches are allowed in the press box.
Two athletes per running and field events; one relay per event.
Depending on the number of entries, the mile may be ran together. This can be decided at the coaches meeting.

SPECTATOR POLICIES
Spectators are not allowed to be in the fenced area at all. They must stay in the stands or the outside of the fence.
