April 20, 2023

1. Coaches meeting: 2:45 (A coaches hospitality room will be available in the press box)

2. Start time is 3:00 (Field Events)4:20 (Running Events if 3200 m Relay) 4:30 pm if no 3200 m Relay Keep teams in the home sidestands

3. Entry fee is $200 per school for all 4 divisions.  $100 for 2 divisions.  Attn:  Darrell Hicks-Jr High Athletic Director

4. There is a limit of 2 individual entries per event.  One relay entry per event.  Individual participants are limited to 4 events (3 running, 1 field).

5. Schools will be limited to 7 total schools, including the host school.  This will allow for a timely meet on a school night.

6. Entries will be done through MileSplit Timing and Due 4/19 at 7:00 pm

7. We will score the top 8

8. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each event.  Plaques will be awarded for 1st and 2nd in each division.  

9. There will be 7th and 8th grade divisions for both boys and girls (4 divisions)

10. Have your field entrants report at the proper time to the events.

11. We have an Atlas rubberized, synthetic surface.  1/8 pyramid spikes only will be allowed.

12. There will not be a rain out date.

3200m relay (Combined 7th/8th Girls and 7th/8th Boys) (No team score, but medal)

4:30 p.m.

Sequence unless otherwise stated:  7 girls, 7 boys, 8 girls, 8 boys
