Coaches Meeting: 2:45 PM in the Press Box. Scratches only. No substitutions. Keep teams in the home side stands.
Starting Time: 3:00 PM Field Events & 4:30 PM Running Events
Admission:Free
Entries:Entry fee is $200 per school, boys and girls combined (Att: John Roderique). Three entries per individual event. One entry per relay. Individuals are limited to four events. Webb City will have extra entries that are non point scoring. Entries are due by 7:00 PM on Thursday, 4/27. We will use Milesplit to submit meet entries.

Hospitality Room:South end of the press box.
Scoring:Top 8
Awards:Awards will be given to the top three in each event. A plaque will also be given to the top team in each division (girls & boys).
Timing System:FAT will be provided by Carthage High School.
Spikes:1/4 Pyramid spikes only
Games Committee:TBD
Bullpen:On the southwest 30-yard line.
Restrooms:Available on site. Restrooms are located on the northwest corner of the stadium behind the home grandstand and on the east side of the track just south of the visitor stands.
Trainer:Craig Jennings (located on the football field near the finish line).
Concessions:Available on site.
Bus Parking:Buses should drop athletes and coaches off by the north stadium gate. Buses can park northeast of the stadium or across N Madison in the school overflow parking
