Lamar Middle School Invitational

**Coaches Meeting: 3:30 in the High School Lobby
**Field Events: 4:00 start time
**Running Events: 4:15 start time
**Entries: 3 per event, per division; one relay per division.
Each participant may enter 3 running events and 1 field event; max. 4 events.
Entries need to be submitted on mo.milesplit.com by 5:00pm, Monday, April 18.
**Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
**Awards: Medals will be given to top 3 per division.
Plaques will be awarded to the top team per division.
**Field Events: will be run cafeteria style - 1 hour time limit, with the exception of pole vault as we will run 7th/8th boys together followed by 7th/8th girls; HJ will utilize 2 pits.
**Field Events: High jump and pole vault starting heights will be determined at coaches meeting.
**Special Items to Notice: inch spikes only or disqualification will occur; no tape on runways or track.
**Entry Fee: $50.00 per team or $125.00 for both boys and girls
Entry fees can be paid at the meet if needed during the coaches meeting.
