Cindy Thompson-Grassi Relays 2023
When: Tuesday, March 28th, 2023
Where: LRHS High School Football Stadium
Coaches Meeting: 3:30 pm in the Field House Locker Rooms
JAVELIN: AT 3:30 PM. A Cut-off line will be used based on Entries.
ALL OTHER Field Events: 4:00 pm
First Running Event: 4:30 pm
Officials: Chris Essick and Brian Moler
Scoring: Team scoring will be for the top 8 places
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: Plaques will be awarded to the top team in both the Boys and Girls divisions.
Medals: will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event.
Finish line: Timing will be done by Ozark Racing Systems. Entries will be posted live on MileSplit.
Field Events: long jump, triple jump, shot put, javelin and discus will be allowed 4 Attempts (No Finals)
Entries: 3 entries per event/1 relay team per school
Heating: Scratches will be done at Coaches Meeting (No Reheating)
Entry Fee: $200.00/$100 per gender ($15 per athlete for teams with less than 7). Make a PO or Check out to LRHS.
