Schedule:
Coaches Meeting - 8:30am
JV/Freshmen Girls - unlimited - 9:00am
JV Boys - unlimited - 9:30am
Varsity Girls - 7 runners - 10:00am
Varsity Boys - 7 runners - 10:30am
Freshmen Boys - unlimited - 11:00am
Entries:
All entries are done on mo.milesplit.com and will be due by Friday, October 6th by 9am.
Awards:
We will give medals to the top 20 individuals and a plaque to the top team in each division. Awards will be available at the medals table near the soccer field shortly after the race when results are official. Team trophies will be presented at the end of the meet in a short awards ceremony.
Results:
Timing will be done by Big River Running. Results will be available on their website, www.brrm.comand will be later available on mo.milesplit.com
Parking:
We strongly encourage all schools to transport their teams on buses. ALL buses should drop off teams in the lot on Jackson Street. (No buses / athletes allowed to park in the Edgar Rd. lot) ALL buses will be directed to go park at our football stadium parking lot at Hixson Middle School, 630 S. Elm (approximately 1 mile away) for the duration of the meet and then return to pick teams up when the coach calls them at the conclusion of the meet.

Entry Fee:
The entry fee is based on $75 per race per gender assuming at least 5 runners are entered in a race. If less than 5 runners entered in a specific race then it is $7 per runner for 1 - 4 runners.
