Meet Information
The Mid-Lakes Conference Championship will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at Fellows Lake near Springfield, MO. Fair Grove High School will be hosting this year.
COURSE: The course is a true cross country course with 99% of the race on grass. Runners can expect a challenge with a mix of terrain and plenty of hills.
REGISTRATION PROCESS: All schools have submitted insurance letters and will need to register their teams on mo.milesplit.com before October 17th at 10 a.m. There will not be a JV race, so all high school athletes will be running in their respective races.
ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS: 10 medals will be awarded to the top 10 runners in each division. Traveling trophies for 1st place Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls teams. Plaques will be awarded to the top team in the Middle School Boys and Middle School Girls races.
SCHEDULE: We will start the races on a rolling schedule after the first race:
3:15 pm Coaches Meeting (Near finish line)
3:30 pm Middle School Boys & Girls Combined
4:00 pm Varsity Girls
4:45 pm Varsity Boys
5:30 pm Awards
6:25 pm Sunset(Park Closes)
