IMPORTANT! Race Schedule Changes

Date: Friday, October 4, 2024

Site: Camp Lookout, at the very back of the College of the Ozarks campus.

Schedule:
4:30 PM (was 4:00) Coaches Meeting (meet at the tent by the starting line)
5:00 PM (was 4:30 Girls & 4:50 Boys) Middle School (grades 6-8) Girls AND Boys
5:20 PM (was 5:10) Seniors Recognition (for S of O athletes)

5:30 PM
(was 5:20 Girls & 6:00 Boys) High School Girls AND Boys

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 10 in each division. A plaque will be awarded to the winning team in each division.

Entry Fee: $150 per school or $15 per participant. Please send a check or purchase order to: School of the Ozarks, Attn: Jerry Martin (AD), P.O. Box 17, Point Lookout, MO 65726.

Timing & Entries: Ozark Racing Systems will time the meet. Entries should be made at mo.milesplit.com.

Parking: For the safety of athletes, coaches, and spectators, there will be no parking beside or near the actual course. Parking will be at the Camp Lookout facility. Buses will be directed by staff in the field and cars will be parked next to them.

Additional Information:

A pace vehicle will be used for all races.

A certified trainer will be available to provide care to athletes.

Staff will oversee vehicle traffic. Staff will also be stationed throughout the course.

Restrooms and drinking water will be available.

Race packets with maps and refreshments for coaches and bus drivers will be available at the tent by the starting line.
