Mound City Invitational XC Meet 2024

I would like to start by saying thank you for participating in the 2024 Mound City Invitational Cross Country meet. The meet will take place on Tuesday, October 8th starting at 4:30pm with the JH girls/boys race, followed by Varsity Girls at 5 pm, with Varsity Boys at 5:30 pm.  If you know approximately how many athletes from you school will be participating, let me know so we can have enough drinks and snacks for the runners.

Course Location:  Mound City Golf Course (working on Course map due to JH distance)

Parking:  Buses and vans may park in the Community Building/Swimming Pool/Golf Course parking lot

Medals/Plaques:  will be awarded as follows:

HS                                                                                                    JH

-Top 10 Girls                                                                                       - Top 10 Girls                                                 

-Top 10 Boys                                                                                    - Top 10 Boys

-1st Place Girls Team = 7 medals

-1st Place Boys Team = 7 medals

Entries:  Please enter your team and participants on momilesplit by  Sunday, October 6th. We will be using a timing system this year (ShowMeRunning). 

Fees:  $60 for 1 team, $120 for both teams, or $15 per runner.  Please make checks out to Mound City R-2.  You may send them in the mail or bring them the day of the meet.

Coaches Meeting:  4:00 pm at the finish line
