Meet Information
We are moving forward with the Poplar Bluff Invitational Track & Field Meet today as scheduled.
There is a potential for thunderstorms during the team drop-off window. Please review the attached bus map for updated drop-off procedures:
- Arrival Timing: Teams must arrive before 2:30 PM or wait until after 3:20 PM to unload due to high school dismissal traffic.
- If lightning occurs during drop-off:
- Teams will be asked to remain on their buses.
- Our security team will direct buses where to park and wait safely.
- If teams are able to unload before 3:20 PM:
- Shelter will be available under the stadium seating and at the concession stand.
- Beginning at 3:20 PM, additional shelter will be available inside the high school cafeteria.
- For athletes in throwing field events:
- Shelter will be available inside the high school's math hallway.
- Staff members will be stationed to assist and direct athletes and spectators to the appropriate shelter locations.
