Lewis & Clark 5/6th Grade Mid-Mo
Coaches and Athletic Directors,
The 5/6th Grade Mid-Mo will be held on Monday, May 5th, 2025 at Jefferson City High School, 608 Union Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
Meet Fee: $0
Meet Entries: Window Opens at 8:00 AM 4/28/2025 and closes at 12:00 PM 5/04/2025. All entries will be made online at https://mo.milesplit.com/meets/678845-lewis-and-clark-56th-mid-mo-2025/info
Seeding: Heats and flights will be seeded by time and distances entered.
Running Surfaces: All weather rubber 400m, 8 lane track. 3/16 or smaller pyramid spikes are to be worn. All jump runways are the same surface as the track.
Marking Surfaces: Please use chalk only for marking steps. No tape on the track.
Warm-ups: There will be designated areas for warm-ups inside the track on the main football field in certain areas
Coaches Meeting: 5:00 at the starting line if time permits.
Due to time constraints and effectively and efficiently running a smooth meet we will be implementing a cap on all field and running events. All individual events will be capped at 4 entries per team, and relays will be capped at 2 entries per team. The 800m and 1600m run will not be capped. Jumping events will be cafeteria style with a 90 min. time limit

Timing & Results: MOTiming will handle all timing, and results will be posted on MoMileSplit.
Admission: $3 for parents/spectators; Children 5 and under free, Veterans and Senior Citizens free
Awards & Scoring: There will no medals or team scores for this meet.
