Thank you for your interest and participation in the 2025 Bishop DuBourg Invitational. This meet is intended for small, developing programs to compete with others of similar experience, size, and ability. Any school that wishes to participate may enter. However, if the meet becomes too large, we reserve the right to limit schools to 10 athletes per gender. We will let you know the week before if this is to be the case.
Date: Friday, September 26th
Location: Wilmore Park - Start/Finish is by the South Baseball Field (Field 03S)
Coaches Meeting: 3:30pm @ Finish Line
Race Times: HS JV 3K - 4:30pm HS Varsity Girls 5K - 5:00pm Alumni & Friends 3K - 5:30pm (Coaches & parents, feel free to run) HS Varsity Boys 5K - 6:00pm
Entries: All entries done on Milesplit. Max of 7 varsity runners, rest on JV.
Fee: $125 per single gender team (Boys + Girls Team = $250) - Schools will be invoiced after you register.
Team Areas: Please set up your areas wherever is convenient for you. We ask that you not place them along the course or anywhere that could impede athletes.
Hydration: We will have water at the finish for athletes.
Timing: Timing & Results will be provided by Start 2 Finish
Awards: The top 10 individuals in the Varsity races will receive a medal. The 1st place boys and girls varsity teams will receive a cookie cake!
