Meet Information
Dear Boys and Girls Track Coaches and Athletic Directors,
You are being invited to the 65rd Annual Licklider Invitational at Jefferson City High School on Friday, April 18th, 2025
Entry Fee: Please mail meet entry fee of $200.00 per team($400 for both boys & girls teams) to Jefferson City High School Attn: Athletic Office 609 Union St. Jefferson City Mo 65101 by the meet entry deadline in order to secure your teams entries in the meet. Meet entry deadline is April 16, 2025
Each School is allowed (2) entries per open event and 1 relay team per event
All-weather track and runways surfaces. Jefferson City is proud to have two separate runways one for TJ one for LJ. Spikes no longer than 1/4 inch are allowed on the track. Anyone found wearing longer spikes will be disqualified.
Shot and discus locations are next to the track on the east end of the track. Each athlete may use their own throwing implement.
A Hospitality Room will be available in Weber Fieldhouse. It is reserved ONLY for officials, workers, and coaches. It will open 8 AM, coffee and snacks will be provided also.
Awards: Trophies to the 1st and 2nd place teams overall. The top 8 athletes in each event will be awarded medals; top 4 in Relays. Special Plaques for B/G 4x400; G 4x800; G 1600; B Pole Vault; B Triple Jump
There will be a $5 entry fee for adults and $3 for students. All athletes and coaches will not be charged. Coaches will pick up coaching bracelets.
Buses will park heading west on Stadium Drive behind the backstretch of Licklider Track and the retaining wall of the soccer field. Buses may also park on Jackson Street.
Team tents may be placed in the field area by the discus area or on the grass section near the javelin in the roped off area.
Licklider commemorative t-shirts will be sold on site.
