Start Time: 4:00 pm for field events, 4:30 pm for running events.

There will be a scratch meeting at 3:30 pm. This will be located in the activities center room on the north side of the track.  





Entries: Entries will be done through mo.milesplit.com. We will open it the week before the race.  If you have never used this system before, please give yourself time to get familiar with the process and for getting your team registered. 





You may enter "3" Individuals per event and 2 relay team. 





Entry Fee:

The meet will consist of 2 divisions; Boys and Girls. 



Cost: $80.00 per team or a total of $160.00, if you plan to register in both divisions.

Parking: School dismisses at 3.  Drop off/pick up and parking will be done in back parking lot north end of the stadium 





Concessions will be available.

Event Information: 



Events will go in the following order: 





  1. 100m Hurdles


  2. 100m Dash


  3. 4x200m Relay


  4. 1600m run


  5. 4x100m Relay


  6. 400m Dash


  7. 800m Run


  8. 200m Dash


  9. 4x400 m Relay








  • All field events will be run cafeteria style. Please make sure that all athletes check into events prior to the start of the meet. 


  • Running events will start at 4:30 pm. Field events start at 4:00 pm. 


  • For a smooth and fast meet, please have all athletes checked in by 3:50 pm. 


  • If you have a runner that is also in a throwing event, please have them complete their throwing event as quickly as possible, as the throwing field is behind the school.  






Starting height for pole vault and high jump will be determined based on entries





***Please make sure that all spikes worn are no more than 3/16 inch.
