McCluer North comes in with the top two seeds. Jasmine Barge has established herself as the favorite after running 14.17 in her sectional meet. You also have Demetria Anderson who ran 14.62, the second best time, coming in strong for McCluer North. Someone to keep an eye on is Morgan Smith of Raymore-Peculiar. She is no doubt one of the best all-around hurdlers in the state. The top returner in this event, you could make a case for Smith being the favorite.
