Missouri's indoor season is often uneventful within the state as it does not feature many large meets in-state or a state championship meet. The majority of Missourian athletes opt out of an indoor season.
As a result, athletes in Missouri most often either travel out of state to compete or take part in one of the few meets at Northwest Missouri State, Southeast Missouri State, or the University of Missouri. Missouri Southern State does not host an indoor meet anymore and athletes have to wait to compete at the University of Central Missouri until outdoor meets start and can only attend if their high school team attends, too.
Below we have six nominees for Boys Indoor Performer of the Year. Voting will remain open until Friday, March 28th at 12:00pm.
