Instead, it was Jaxson's younger brother Josh who surprised everyone--including himself, watch the interview--with a searing drive from 300 meters out to win a watch in Philly.
Josh Hoey's pre-race mile PR was 4:17; his best finish in a big race before this one was second behind Jaxson in the mile at the Pennsylvania indoor state meet.
