Sub 18 and certainly sub 19 has been more than the norm for the green division race winner in the Forest Park Festival's meet history, but Victoria Findley does not care that her winning time is well off those prior time standards. All she cares is that she just won one of the top and most competitive cross country invitationals in the Midwest region by 13 seconds with her 19:30 performance on Saturday at the Forest Park Festival.
