Preview

2010 Runner up: freshman Brandon Niendick. 2011 runner up: Brandon Niendick. 2012 Runner up: Brandon Niendick. Brandon is hoping to move from silver to gold this year.  Niendick has torn through the 110 hurdles this year.  He has won the event at six meets.  After a runner up finish in 2012 he returns as the top finisher and the top seed. Dustin Ellis and Robbie Kaufman are coming off of a quick sectional race that saw the second and third fastest times in Class 1 recorded (15.49 and 15.52).  After failing to qualify from districts, Ellis is in clear contention for a medal this year.  Kaufman comes in with a bit more state experience – 10th last spring.
