Cleveland NJROTC has got some studs! They could make a major run on the state title. First, they have two of the most talented middle distance athletes in the state, and they are.... TWINS. Plus they have one of the best 300LH hurdlers in the entire state across all classes. He and the twins along with a number of role players could get together for some quality relays. Watch out for Cleveland. Monroe City was known in the past to be a pole vault specialist school. In this year's version of Monroe City has monster throwers. Lathrop shows a lot of balance with point scorers in most events except for distance. They too look like Monroe City with a few jumps and sprinters intermixed. Penny High School has long been a powerhouse under the helm of Coach Vollmer. In 2017, Penny will be bolstered by their jump crew who in our power ranking system has 62 total points. We have not included the relays in the power point scores because we cannot account for the members of those teams coming back in 2017.
