4. Emily Griesenauer - Holt, SR
PR - 11:09.66
Griesenauer is one of the most decorated girls in the entire state and this fall she made her name well-known among Missouri's distance running fans. She is the pride of St. Charles County this season and boasts an 11:09.66 personal best, which earned her 5th at last year's state meet. She has also run 5:12.36 for 1600. Her 5th place finish in Class 4 this fall was her 4th all-state medal in cross country to go along with her 2 medals in the 3200 and 1 in the 1600, though she has ran both the 1600 and 3200 at the state meet all 3 seasons. Griesenauer looks ready to crush 11:00 as the Missouri S&T commit seeks out a top 3 this spring.

3. Miranda Dick - Raymore-Peculiar, JR
PR - 11:08.73
A major challenger throughout this cross country season, Miranda Dick's 18:11.17 was the 4th fastest time this past fall and equates to a 11:43 2 mile already setting her up as one of the fastest 8-lappers in the state. Miranda Dick could have two teammates - including her sister - join her at the state meet this spring, but we can almost guarantee that Miranda will be making a run at the top 3 at this coming state meet. She was also a member of Ray-Pec's 4th place 4x800m relay team and ran 5:07.87 for 1600.
