Pre-Season Rankings: Class 4 3200m

4. Mia Harris - West Plains, SO

PR - 11:33.17

Mia Harris has had an up and down first few season at West Plains as she was 27th in Class 4 in 2016 as a freshman and then snagged 4th in the Class 4 3200 in the spring. She also ran 5:27 for 1600 last spring. Harris suffered a setback in her sophomore cross country campaign, but was still able to help West Plains qualify for state in Class 4 as a team, taking 98th individually. A healthy Mia Harris is scary across all race distances and we expect her to compete for a top 3 finish in the 3200 this spring.

3. Lila Bensky - Ladue, JR

PR - 11:36.48

Bensky had an extremely successful 2017 as she saw personal bests of 2:25 over 800, 5:12 over 1600, 5:11 over 1609, and 11:36.48 to take 5th at state in the 3200. She was also 8th in the 1600 this spring and grabbed 21st in cross country this fall. Bensky is a strong front-runner in every race she runs, unafraid of taking on the big dogs and ranking her 3rd in this race preseason should be no surprise to her fans.
