Hilbrenner will be competitive for a state title this season, even if she is a little ways back from our #1 thrower. She was 1st in District 7, 2nd in Sectional 4, and 3rd at the state meet last season. It was her second time on the podium in the shot and should be a lock to grab another top 3 medal this spring with her 42-3.5 personal best.
