2. Courtney Williams (Nerinx Hall)
The Nerinx Hall Freshman didn't let the cold and nasty weather keep her down Saturday at the Festus Early Bird Invitational. I witnessed both of her races first hand, and to say she blew away the field would be an understatement. She won the 400m by over 6 seconds with a 57.73, and won the 100m by half a second with a 12.26. Both those times are currently the fastest in the State and considering she has two months of training and better weather ahead of her, I'd say its safe to say she's going to have a great season.
