Class 2's Best 100m Runners to Watch in 2019

The Class 2 Boys 100m will feature six returning State Qualifiers, including four state medalists and the State Champion.

Defending Champion Zach Barton of Maplewood-Richmond Heights comes in with the fastest returning time in Class 2 with a 10.96 and looks to be in position to defend his title in 2019. He won 8 of 9 100m races last season, in including 7 straight to end to the season. He will be challenged though by last year's Runner Up Caleb Lapsley who was right behind him all through the State Series, and surely is hungry for another rematch. Ivory Winters (11.20) and Jonah Roberts (11.28) are the other returning medalists seeking to return to the podium this Spring.
