The Class 5 girls 400m will be returning four State medalists this spring. One of those, is defending State Champion Courtney Williams (Nerinx Hall). She owns the fastest returning time in Class 5 by over 2 seconds with a time of 54.87. The recent Clemson commit will look to keep improving and earn her third straight 400m title this season.
