2020 Salute to Seniors: Tenth Edition

Q: What does your training look like right now given the current situation?
A: My current training consist of mostly technique tweaking and becoming more sound.

Q: What are you doing to stay busy other than run right now?
A: Taking online classes and watching mind stimulation seminars... and making tiktoks of course.
Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?
A: My most memorable race was at the henle Holmes invitational after winning my 400m.
Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?
A: The funniest thing that ever happened to me during my career was running on a 4x8 relay as a punishment.
Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
A: not sure.
Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?
A: Placing top in state in my open events and winning AAU indoor northern national in my 200m.
Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
A: If I had one chance to do it all over I would take it so much more seriously
Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
A: Only obstacle I had was being injury prone.
Q: What will you miss the most?
A: I will miss Every Moment I spent on any highschool track, I will miss the camaraderie of the sport at a highschool level.
Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?
A: I would say don't ever inestimable the next guy/girl and complete all of your workout!
Q: What kind of an impact has your coach had on you and your team?
A: My coaches literally saved my life, they kept me in line and made sure I never slacked or gave up.
Q: What are your college plans?
A: I will be running at the collegiate level.
Q: Who would you like to say 'thank you' to?
A: I would like to say thank you to all of my coaches who've helped along this very long journey. I appreciate all of they motivation and words of wisdom and countless hours of guidance.
